About these terms
These terms apply when you use sniperdeals.co.uk and, once available, the sniperdeals web and mobile apps (together, "sniperdeals"). By using sniperdeals, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

A development preview
sniperdeals is still being built. Features may change, be unavailable or not work as expected. Any products, prices or deals shown before launch may be examples for illustration only, and we label them where that's the case.
What sniperdeals does
sniperdeals helps you find discounted products sold by other retailers. We are not the seller. When you buy something, you buy it from the retailer, under the retailer's own terms, delivery, returns and refund policies. Any questions about an order should go to the retailer.
Prices, sizes and availability
We work hard to show accurate information, but retailers set and change their own prices, discounts and stock, sometimes within minutes. So we can't promise that a price, discount, size or item shown on sniperdeals will still be available when you reach the retailer.
Always check the details on the retailer's site before you buy. The price and terms shown by the retailer are the ones that apply.
Affiliate links
Some links on sniperdeals are affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission from the retailer. This doesn't change the price you pay. You can read more in our affiliate disclosure.
Using sniperdeals.
You agree not to:
- use sniperdeals for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms us or other people
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems
- copy or scrape our content or data in bulk, or use automated tools to do so, without our written permission
- submit false information, for example when joining the waitlist
Our content and trademarks
The sniperdeals name, logo, design and content belong to us. You can share links to our pages, but you can't copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without permission.
Brand names, product names and images of products shown on sniperdeals belong to their owners. Showing them does not mean those brands or retailers endorse sniperdeals.
Other websites
sniperdeals links to retailers and other websites that we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices.
Our responsibility to you
We provide sniperdeals free of charge and "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss caused by information on sniperdeals being inaccurate or out of date, by a retailer's products or service, or by the site being unavailable.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited under law. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as sniperdeals develops. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using sniperdeals after an update, the new terms will apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
